Yarden El Rom Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyards was produced from grapes grown in the El Rom Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level. This Cabernet Sauvignon planted from 1983 has given consistently excellent results.
Style: Attractive cherry, blackberry, and cassis fruit notes, layered with characters of pipe tobacco, spice, and chocolate. this age-worthy wine is rich, complex, and full-bodied. Aging in oak barrels for 18 months helps the wine fully develop its character. Best served at 17-20C.
