Yarden El Rom Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon El Rom Vineyards was produced from grapes grown in the El Rom Vineyard in the northern Golan Heights at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level. This Cabernet Sauvignon planted from 1983 has given consistently excellent results.
Style: tractive cherry, blackberry and cassis fruit notes, layered with characters of pipe tobacco, spice and chocolate. this age-worthy wine is rich, complex and full-bodied. Aging in oak barrels for 18 months helps the wine fully develop its character. Best served at 17-20C.
