Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon was prouced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown inthe Golan Heights. The cool climate rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing this classic variety.
Aging in French oak barrels for 18 months yields a concentrated wine of impressive complexity with layers of berry blackcurrant chocolate leather and oak.
This bottle should age gracefully over the next decade and longer if stored on its side in a cool dark place.
