Yarden Bar'on Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon Bar'on Vineyard was produced entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Bar'on Vineyard, located in the cool northern Golan Heights at an altitude of just over 1000 meters. The vineyard's volcanic soil is a mixture of basalt and tuff.
Style: Rich cherry, plum, chocolate, and tobacco characters are layered with French oak notes from 18 months of barrel aging.
