Yarden Allone Habashan Vineyard Merlot 2016

Yarden Merlot Allone Habashan Vineyard was produced from Merlot grown in Allone Habashan vineyard located in the central Golan Heights at an altitude of 600 meters (2000 feet). The vineyard's volcanic soil is composed of basalt. This Merlot showcases the outstanding results of this renewed historic vineyard which consistently produced exceptional Merlot in the past. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Best served at 17-20C.
