Vitkin Pinot Noir

Made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes harvested from the Ella Valley region this wine was aged in French oak barrels for 10 months. Since the wine was neither fined nor filtered it may exhibit some sediment as time passes.
Pairs well with roast lamb or aromatic cheeses.
Will age well over 4-8 years. Serve at room temperature after decanting
