Vitkin Cabernet Franc

The vineyards are nestled in the heart of the Galilee one of Israel's finest wine growing regions. Planted on an east-facing stony slope at an altitude of 2100 feet the vineyard consistently yields top quality grapes. Aged 15 months in 225 liters French oak barrels. This is a deep complex and elegant wine that will age gracefully in the right storage conditions. In order to ensure the wine's optimal presentation the wine was neither filtered nor fined and as a result natural sediment may occur.
