Tzora Vineyards Shoresh 2017
The grapes of Shoresh 2014 are sourced from small blocks of rocky soil from our estate grown Shoresh Vineyard. On this shallow and poor soil the vines strive for nutrition which results in concentrated grapes with an array of flavors. This is a rich blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (53%) Syrah (43%) and Petit Verdot (4%) showing flavors of dark fruit and spices. The wine shows beautiful and harmonious texture. Shoresh 2014 was bottled after an aging period of 16 months in French oak barriques. The wine could be enjoyed now and will continue to improve in the bottle for many years to come.
