Shiloh Shor Merlot

Shiloh wines are produced in the heart of ancient vineyards in the Land of Israel. This wine was made solely with Merlot grapes from Shiloh's selected vineyards. Aging in French oak barrels for 15 months adds complexity and elegance. Aromas that evoke fresh blueberry cassis and mint notes are delicately balanced with scents of vanilla. The palate echoes raspberry blueberry and richness in tannins gives it a long and pleasant finish. Aging will further enhance its quality. To keep its outstanding quality this wine is non-filtered and sediments might appear.
