Delicate Israeli Arak. Made from grapes harvested in the Golan Heights.
Following the first distillation the botanicals are soaked for 24 hours and then distilled a second time in a slow process that preserves the fullness of the grape aroma.
Star Anise fennel seeds a hint of cinnamon.
