A unique blend of Mount Meron terroir and selected vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. Following decades of research where we examined every clod of earth incline and harvest, we distinguished each vineyard. The result is in your hands - a series of high-quality boutique wines with a distinctive identity. This wine was produced from northern Galilee Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Franc and Shiraz grapes grown in the Hillel and Dan vineyards. Lot is 24000 sqm large at 800 meters above sea level. Soil is terra rossa. The lot sits on south-eastern slopes with a relatively moderate incline. 14-month aging period in French oak barrels.
