This is a great wine of elegance and gastronomy. The vine is planted in a granite arena where the water flows perfectly and the granitic stone concentrates the heat. It is a straight wine with a nice mineral finish. It pairs well with cooked grilled or pan fried fish sushi quiches cheeses.
