Where it all began; working with the 'Pouilly Fume terroir' made from this unique composition of soils tens of millions of years ago. By refining our geological knowledge to better identify the sediments in which our vines are rooted-stones, fossils, silicas (flints). We knew we had a great opportunity to create exceptional wines. Vinifying these wines means reminiscence and treasuring the terroir.
