Mount Hermon Rose is made from Syrah Tinta Cao and tempranillo fruit all grown in the high-altitude volcanic soil and cold climate unique to the Golan Heights. The wine displays fresh raspberry and strawberry notes with overtones of red grapefruit all wrapped in nuances of fresh flowers and spice.
