Golan Merlot

Golan Merlot was produced entirely from Merlot grapes grown in our vineyards on the Golan Heights and our one vineyard in the Upper Galilee, in the cold climate and high altitude that are unique to the region. Five months of aging in American and French oak barrels results in a wine that balances ripe berry, and orange peel characters with attractive vanilla and oak notes. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served on 17-20C
