Galil Ela

Inspired by the terebinth tree for which it is named Ela expresses the Galilee region. Similar to the large yet delicate tree with vibrant foliage Ela transmits beauty and grace. Violet in color Ela displays an elegant and silky texture with cherry and raspberry characters and a hint of toasted oak. The wine aged for a year in young French oak barrels.
