Gamla White Riesling

Gamla Riesling was produced entirely from riesling grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate rocky volcanic soil and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. The very cold fermentation preserves the crushed flower petal and dried fruit qualities characteristic of this variety. Arresting the fermentation before completion gives the wine a touch of residual sweetness. To preserve the quality of the wine this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool dark place.
