Gamla Brut

Gamla Brut was produced from 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, all grown in the cool climate of the Golan Heights, using only traditional methods. Aged minimum of one year on the tirage yeast. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 5-8 C.
