Flam Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This Dry Red Wine is the result of our efforts to grow the best grapes year after year and to preserve the purity & softness of the fruit. Our grapes are grown in the Ben Zimra & Dishon vineyards in Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate, and yields are kept extremely low. When ripe, we carefully hand-harvest the grapes in the early morning hours and make sure they arrive at the winery in perfect condition. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak.
