Flam Camellia

Flam Camelia 2023, dry white wine from the Judean Foothills. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay with some Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in select vineyards in the valleys of the Gibat Yeshayahu village. The unique growing conditions in narrow wadis allow optimal air drainage and maintain cool temperatures. The wine is aged on the lees (Sur Lie) is French oak barrels for 8 months. The name of the wine expresses the gratitude to our mother and co-founder of the winery, Camelia Flam.
