Built in the 12th century by Saint Bernard de Clairvaux our ancient walls have held witness to eight generations of celebrated Drappier family vignerons whose pursuit of the authentic and devotion to the land have captured the heart of fine Champagne lovers worldwide.
Sustainably and organically farmed on the limestone terroir of the Cote des Bar our vines produce fine grapes that balance bold fruit flavors with distinct notes of minerality.
Minimal intervention characterizes our winemaking philosophy. Non-filtered containing low levels of sulfite and of sugar: our Champagnes are pure and elegant.
