Domaine Du Castel Grand Vin 2021 - Magnum

Castel Grand Vin is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Petit
Verdot from our best vineyards. Domaine du Castel is an estate of 40 hectares situated in Yad Hashmona, west of Jerusalem, at an altitude of 700 meters. The vineyards are planted at high density and produce small yields. The grapes were handpicked and after fermentation, the wine was aged for about 20 months in new French oak.
