Domaine Du Castel Grand Vin 2003
Castel Grand Vin is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot and Petit
Verdot from our best vineyards. We age it for 24 months in new French
oak barrels in our underground cellar and is released only six months
after bottling. It is elegant and classic with deep color and an intense
complex bouquet. The palate is silky and rich with deep black fruit
spices and soft but assertive tannins. Well balanced it tends to be velvety
and smooth the finish is long silky and clean.
