Dalton Tic Toc

The Asufa series is the playground of our winemaker, Guy Eshel, a collection of moments and ideas he has accumulated over time in the profession, and together we wanted to give them expression here in Dalton.
OurTic Toc Semillon was made to look forward to: A wine born of an appreciation of this unique grape and its aging abilities that continue to enrich the wine as time goes by. For this reason, Tic TocSemillon is released at least two years after bottling. From then on out, our playground becomes your own.
