Asufa is our winemaker Guy Eshel's personal playground at Dalton Winery; A series of moments and memories gathered throughout his years in the field brought to life here. Majestic bears with it a new Israeli spirit: A wine made of powerful Carignan grapes from a 40 years old vineyard planted on heavy clay soil. Also partial carbonic maceration offers this wine a fresh acidity and juicy fruit flavors. Deep and uplifting all in one.
