APPELLATION CABERNET SAUVIGNON Upper Galilee The wine is produced mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in specially chosen vineyards in the Upper Galilee. Matured in French oak barrels for 12 months it has a deep purple color with a nose of blackberries cassis and eucalyptus.
