Capcanes Peraj Ha'abib 2017

The rich and powerful fruit flavor of very old indigenous Garnacha bush vines coupled with deeply concentrated Samso and the structure of black and muscular Cabernet Sauvignon makes this an amazing full-bodied and unique wine.
On poor mineral stony terroir high up in the mountains the vines give low yields but immense concentration. Ageing for one year in new French oak barrels adds some spicy toasty flavours to its full-bodied and dark fruit character.
