C Blanc Du Castel Chardonnay

Domaine du Castel is an estate of 40 hectares situated in Yad Hashmona, west of Jerusalem, at an altitude of 700 meters, the vineyards are planted at high density and produce small yields. the grapes were handpicked and the must was fermented and aged on its lees in French oak barrels for 10 months.
