The grapes were harvested at their peak in a careful manual harvest in two selected growing areas - the Judean Mountains and Zichron Yaacov.
The wine aged in oak for 10 months, this gave the wine aromas of cherries, berries, vanilla and a little tobacco.
The wine has a balanced body and a pleasant finish.
The wine will go well with casserole dishes.
Store in a supine position.
