Amuka series is the entry level wine of the Or Haganuz winery selection. All grapes are from Cabernet Sauvignon single vineyards. The grapes used for this wine are grown in the Yanai Plot in the Upper Galilee.

this wine underwent a long extraction of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grape skins from mature plots of Mount Meron vineyards, a slow cold fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels. recommended serving temperature 15-18 degrees. required to maintain at temperatures between 6-13 degrees.
This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz grapes. Selective hand harvesting brought only the finest clusters to the winery, where they underwent a 3-day controlled cooling. The grape juice was then fermented at a controlled temperature to maintain its characteristic fruity taste and barrel aged outdoors in French oak for 10 months.

This dessert wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from the winery's vineyards, which reached optimal ripening. It was immediately frozen at the winery in a controlled environment for 3 days. After extraction, the grape juice was warmed over natural olive-wood fire and barrel aged outdoors in French oak for 12 months.
80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot. Deep red-burgundy color. An aroma of raisins, cherries, plums, coffee grains, toasted-oak wood, and bitter-sweet chocolate.
this wine was produced from Northern Galilee Cabernet Franc grapes grown in the EVIATAR PLOT in the Marom Vineyard, and harvested in 2010. soil is mostly terra rosa with small lime stones.
