Covenant is made from grapes grown on a 3-acre parcel of the historic Larkmead Vineyard in Napa Valley, just north of St. Helena. It is 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, picked at the moment when it was perceived that maturation was at its peak.

Selected by Herzog Wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the vineyards of Languedoc on the French Mediterranean coast and benefits from the ideal climate of the area.
The grapes are harvested in late September and vinified by traditional methods using the most modern techniques. You will find this wine to be rich in character and expressing the best qualities of a Cabernet: light cassis aroma and flavor, soft mouth-feel, and long on the palate.

Originally grown in South-West France, the Merlot grape has found a second home in the vineyards of Languedoc.
The resulting wines are full and aromatic, with an attractiive deep red robe.Carefully and patiently vinified, the Herzog Selection Merlot embodies all the characteristics of this typically french varietal.

In typical French Winemaking tradition, the blending of noble grape varieties, the Carignan and the Grenache combine their nuances in this appealing medium dry red wine. Grown in the idyllic vineyards of the Languedoc region, the grapes were harvested in peak condition. Under careful temperature controls, the juice was slowly vinified.
You will find this wine to be a harmonious blend of finesse and quality to be enjoyed on every occasion.

The Chateau Clarke estate Rose, a lilting yet substantial wine, shimmers in your glass with a gorgeous pink color. Aromatically it presents a complex bouquet of citrus and stone fruit, while the palate reveals red berries and a long mineral finish. The soil of this wine estate is made from rocks of limestone and clay which is very suitable from the Merlot grape variety (which is dominating this blended wine). This excellent clay and limestone soil gives the Saint-Emilion Merlot its distinctive taste.
