The grapes used to produce Alfasi Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc are from the Fundo Florencia and Porvenir vineyards in Villa Alegre, located in Chile’s Maule Valley. The grapes are harvested in late May (since Chile is in the southern hemisphere, the grape harvest season coincides with spring, as opposed to the northern hemisphere when the grape harvest coincides with the fall season) and are transported to our cellars in small loads to avoid bruising.

Alfasi Special Reserve Pinot Noir is a fruitful and enjoyable wine with a dynamic composition.
Marked notably by notes of fresh strawberry with hints of black cherry and mint.
It pairs nicely with Medium flavored veal, chicken and fish dishes.
