The grapes arrived in the winery and in the early morning were transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks.
The skins of grapes, grape juice was fermented to preserve the character of Barbera. After the fermentation the wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months after which the wine transformed into unique, floral, concentrated and velvety wine.
